Dear All,
The world of competition, the world of innovation, the world of brainy hearts!!!!! This is a true scenario and the truth of the current time where one has to survive with die hard spice to achieve strong success and for that one will have to lead himself/herself tactfully in the market. Why tactfully? because of cut throat competition getting displayed and high end innovation for which one has to be extremely creative????
To some extent, the reason can be near to perfection but one of the reasons which I could observe is; brainy hearts in the form of dedicated mentors for dedicated youths!!!!
Mentoring is the key to success to survive in the socially developed corporate industry!!!!!
Mentoring has an essence of freedom and quality of persuation where the dedicated youth has some space to prove by his or her own potential what he or she can do with his or her aggressively built innovative mind. Take a note...that here the aggression is nothing but willingness to succeed!!!
However this freedom of mentors is not getting revived properly because even after showing willingness to get mentored under someone...the mentors are showing their false existence either...or overlooking the willingness of some young blood in a way where the younger ones will not be able to gain what they have in mind!!!! Many times...it is being ignored drastically!!!!! What one should term this ignorance as???
A real guidance is the one which is full of wisdom, imparting knowledge with free mind and being in hastle free environment!!!!!
However....again to reiterate...the monetary craziness...status gaining false ambitions....being in the league of those elite professionals...the flavor of mentoring has taken a wrong mode totally and there are many wandering minds who have either lost their faith in mentoring or who have been earning aimlessly by not being on their actual track of growth trajectory!!!!
Who is responsible for this???? Current mentors or the system prevailing in the present conditions or the governance and its weird rules or discriminatory measures taken by seniors to maintain their position or what else....????
Mentoring like Lord Shrikrishna for Arjuna; will be the rarest of all so far as current industrial or professional world is concerned!!!!! May be....Kali of KaliYUGA has hypnotized the whole community largely where substantial emphasis of making the whole world happy ; is the aspect beyond imagination...hence choosing a real GURU, MENTOR, GODFATHER...will be difficult for every young leader who is willing to look beyond unlimited abilities!!!!
EGO, STATUS, POSITION, WEALTH, SECURITY....such words have made the world so insecured that attitude of giving has been replaced by attitude of only taking!!!!!! Youngsters may be looking for good MENTORS but ARE MENTORS LOOKING FOR SUCH A BRAINY HEART WHO MAY WANT TO SEEK HARD CORE GUIDANCE TO EXCEL?????
I WANT TO EXTEND MY TRUE WILL TO REQUEST ALL MENTORS TO SEARCH YOUNG TALENTS LIKE US WHO CAN BE THE SHINING TOMORROW BASED ON YOUR SACRED GUIDANCE TO MAKE IT MORE CHERISHING, RIGHT?????
