Happiness Index-A Compsomised tool in today's world?

Greetings!

Off Late...I have arrived at a temporary conclusion with a permanent thinking state that Happiness Index has attained its dormant state for sure and in days to come it will surely go in a sleeping mode!!!!

I met few groups while coaching in last couple of months and found that when I ask to prioritize the list of happy elements...and the first element comes as "MONEY"! For a while I can agree with them but in the next moment, I start differing because then I realize that money is a part and parcel of life which is an inherent habit of everybody to achieve the level of meeting both ends!!!!

But when somebody makes it a deliberate measure of life to count it in the list of happiness then...a person like me gets puzzled because that is the stage where God starts testing our cognitive capability of self assessment.

Money is important and by earning sufficient money...one can buy happiness but is there any need to buy happiness????

Somebody will shuck away thought from the mind when money will not be in the picture of happiness!!!!

What is the extentions of letters in the word HAPPY? According to me...it is HEALING ARTISTIC PROACTIVE PEPPY YUMMY!!!!!

First three words have some sensible meaning but rest of the two are sounding like....kiddish...immatured...!!!! But in reality they have lot of meaning because they have a natural flavour of being naturally HAPPY! Why? Because peppy is something which is high spirited and yummy is something which is the most desirable!!!! And when we can start finding these two...rest of the three i.e. healing...artistic...and proactiveness; these words should get a true expression!!!

But by running after the most precious but mindfully the most painful element called as Money...can we get real healing...artistic touch...and proactiveness in any action that we perform?

There is a saying that richness should be felt in the heart but not in earning the MONEY!!!!

I know that many of us will distinctively differ and argue if Money will be kept away from the priority list of happiness! But it is ok....at least at the back of mind...I have a support of encouraging words of LORD SHRIKRISHNA who preached us the real taste of ENRICHING RICHNESS!!!!

Hence even after remaining in the world of competitiveness and highly economical situation...I am audaciously raising the same subject which has been digged out by many great philosophers ; just to imbibe the genuineness of HAPPINESS!!!!

When I am writing this article...if I would not have remained HAPPY...the real gist could never have come out of my mind!!!!! I believe this fact and I mean it!!!!

The way...the whole earth has started melting...the happiness index will surely start melting and someday would take a shape of ensured realms of a human being so far as happy feeling is concerned!!!!

Everything has to give time! May be...someone will laugh at the above thoughts as they may sound weird in this current situation where everything has been getting measured in terms of monetary value!!!! I wonder...this word value must have got depressed because its valuable preciousness has changed and it is just marketed...! The word value...must be waiting to get reincarnated! Because then the value of happiness will also be realized automatically!!!!!

Anyways....I wish all of you to derive the best happiness index as per their own vision but do not forget to verify and check the authenticity of that index with a specific interval because that is where supreme power will intervene someday naturally and will let you recognize the richness of Happiness with it own pure form!!!!!

BE HAPPY...BE GREAT AND BE KIND!!!!

Real Mentoring, a rare scenario for true contributors/upcoming innovators

Dear All,

The world of competition, the world of innovation, the world of brainy hearts!!!!! This is a true scenario and the truth of the current time where one has to survive with die hard spice to achieve strong success and for that one will have to lead himself/herself tactfully in the market. Why tactfully? because of cut throat competition getting displayed and high end innovation for which one has to be extremely creative????

To some extent, the reason can be near to perfection but one of the reasons which I could observe is; brainy hearts in the form of dedicated mentors for dedicated youths!!!!

Mentoring is the key to success to survive in the socially developed corporate industry!!!!!

Mentoring has an essence of freedom and quality of persuation where the dedicated youth has some space to prove by his or her own potential what he or she can do with his or her aggressively built innovative mind. Take a note...that here the aggression is nothing but willingness to succeed!!!

However this freedom of mentors is not getting revived properly because even after showing willingness to get mentored under someone...the mentors are showing their false existence either...or overlooking the willingness of some young blood in a way where the younger ones will not be able to gain what they have in mind!!!! Many times...it is being ignored drastically!!!!! What one should term this ignorance as???

A real guidance is the one which is full of wisdom, imparting knowledge with free mind and being in hastle free environment!!!!!

However....again to reiterate...the monetary craziness...status gaining false ambitions....being in the league of those elite professionals...the flavor of mentoring has taken a wrong mode totally and there are many wandering minds who have either lost their faith in mentoring or who have been earning aimlessly by not being on their actual track of growth trajectory!!!!

Who is responsible for this???? Current mentors or the system prevailing in the present conditions or the governance and its weird rules or discriminatory measures taken by seniors to maintain their position or what else....????

Mentoring like Lord Shrikrishna for Arjuna; will be the rarest of all so far as current industrial or professional world is concerned!!!!!  May be....Kali of KaliYUGA has hypnotized the whole community largely where substantial emphasis of making the whole world happy ; is the aspect beyond imagination...hence choosing a real GURU, MENTOR, GODFATHER...will be difficult for every young leader who is willing to look beyond unlimited abilities!!!!

EGO, STATUS, POSITION, WEALTH, SECURITY....such words have made the world so insecured that attitude of giving has been replaced by attitude of only taking!!!!!! Youngsters may be looking for good MENTORS but ARE MENTORS LOOKING FOR SUCH A BRAINY HEART WHO MAY WANT TO SEEK HARD CORE GUIDANCE TO EXCEL?????

I WANT TO EXTEND MY TRUE WILL TO REQUEST ALL MENTORS TO SEARCH YOUNG TALENTS LIKE US WHO CAN BE THE SHINING TOMORROW BASED ON YOUR SACRED GUIDANCE TO MAKE IT MORE CHERISHING, RIGHT?????

Taking Undue Advantage of anything professionally or personally is dangerous????

It may not be a new subject but it has become a subject to re-think and re-vitalize!!!!! I may be wrong but the mentioned fact is right!!!!!

Presently in the professional market or personal lives of people.....while deciding the objective of the organization or an individual , there is a trend to decide whom to pull back and whose undue advantage is to be taken!!!!!

For the sake of FAME, MONEY, STATUS, CONTACTS people are doing anything. Many times they portray that they are the most supreme human beings but at the back of mind, they have a treacherous and deceptive feeling!!!!

How one will survive in this stream of life which is devastating! Talent has infinite ends to depict but it has limitations to portray in the market when political vibrations get spread!!!!!

The definition of success has to be seen by going back when the first statement was written on this by the originator! :-) Because the need of the time is to facilitate growth with proper succeeding measurements of appropriation.

Invariably or inadvertently everybody is taking undue advantage of each other by superficially giving the most secured feeling!!!! ISN'T IT THE MOST DANGEROUS ASPECT OF THE CULTURED BEHAVIOR???????

 When an organization is formed...people come together and start working on with one objective and purpose...however due to various likes and dislikes...few work with a purpose..few work for meeting both ends....few push themselves ahead to carry on till they get their own way....few keep on criticizing...few play unidentified politics...few seek undue advantage of others or the situation....things go on and on!!!!!

WILL IT LEAD TO THE IDEALISTIC ORGANIZATIONAL IMAGE OF THE CURRENT TIME???

Take the example of the individual...to become a successful personality...he or she opts for many wrongful ways and means of success.... !!!!! In the social organizations like NGOs...such aspect becomes very predominant and sensitive factor since humanizing the fact of being social and accordingly maintaining the decorum and atmospheric pressure of the org. where purity, honesty, justice giving nature for each and every skill properly, integrity, discipline matters a lot and moreover one has to be professionally near to the perfection!!!! But Alas....people are assuming to be great in all the above eras...but in reality their mind is playing lot of unwarranted gimmicks to assure that skillful person will be demolished like a building within no time!!!!!

WHY IT IS SOOOOOOOOOOOOO???? MONEY, FAME, STATUS, CONTACTS!!!!!!! FOR HOW MANY YEARS SUCH A TREND WILL CONTINUE..............??????!!!!!

WE ALL HAVE NO ANSWER ON THIS BECAUSE WE ARE ONE OF THE MOST INCLUDED PARTY TO SUCH A BEHAVIOR!!!!!

TOMORROW AN EARTH WILL HAVE NO ANSWER BUT TO OBSERVE HOW THE GAME IS PLAYED, DIVERTED, CHANGED TO DERIVE UNRELIABLE CONCLUSIONS AND RESULTS!!!!!! AN EARTH IS WEEPING....CRYING LIKE A CHILD!!!!!

BUT ARE HUMAN BEINGS WATCHING THIS DRAMATIC EVENT OF AN EARTH WHICH HAS TOUCHING STORY OF THE CURRENT TIME AS MENTIONED ABOVE?????

THEY ALL ARE SAYING...."BOSS I HAVE NO TIME...I HAVE TO EARN LAVISHLY...I HAVE TO CATCH THE NEXT FLIGHT TO THE DECEPTIVE DESTINATION....I HAVE TO ACHIEVE THE AIM WHICH HAS AN ESSENCE OF EXCESSIVE PRAGMATISM AND FALSELY CULTURED  PURPOSE!!!!"

HENCE FRIENDS.....VALUE YOUR OWN SKILL...RESPECT YOUR OWN VISION...RESPECT YOUR OWN SELF.....BUT WHILE DOING THIS NEVER FORGET THAT SOMEBODY IS THERE TO CONTAMINATE YOUR OWNNNNN!!!!! SO BEWARE OF NATURAL SPECIES....WHO CAN INVADE...AND SPOIL ONE'S LIFE WITH AN INTRIGUING ATTITUDE!!!!!!

THINK TANK OPEN TO RE-THINK THE MEASUREMENTS OF AN IDEAL LIFE STYLE!!!!!!

Seniority- a fake terminology if we can not respect younger ones!!!!!

Greetings!

MONEY POWER! RICH CLASS! LOT OF CONTACTS! SOURCES TO PROVIDE! - All these aspects are buzzwords now a days in the market!!!!!

HONESTY! TRANSPARENCY! STRAIGHT FORWARD APPROACH! EXCLUSIVE TALENT! - All these aspects are like illusion of one's personality!!!!!

The above two catetgories have started discriminating with repsect to seniority! It is spreading wrong signals in the society and people are fully taking disadvantage of it because they want to empower people with the first category over the other one which is like a soft tune in the music!!!!

Hard hitting phenomena is getting established with the first category invariably as some people are more than clever to portray that they respect elements of second category but with lot of stylish and luxurious dos' and donts'!

They know that money plays an integral part in maiking somebody a slave of them!!!! SLAVES, this category sucks one's life miserably even after having so much of talent and somebody starts feeling that his or her life is like a "BAPTISM OF FIRE" and the space available for them , their own life is huge but has been seized by so called politically respected people( here not only political people but also normal humans beings are concerned) who want to rule the other for SURE because he or she starts assuming himself or herself as invincible from the stage where they realize that ruling over is the only rule of this world and for that monetary richness should be depicted which includes lot of contacts, sources etc!!! WHAT A PITY OF THIS WORLD AND THINKING OF PEOPLE!!!!!

It is like there is  raining cats and dogs outside and somebody is trying to get a shelter till the time rain gets stopped and that is the biggest advantage people are taking who are sheltered with lot of facilities!!!!

I daily pray Lord Shrikrishna that you preached Geetha to Arjun and have stated lot of dutiful and sacred measures to follow for a pure life process but with sure ethics of pragmatism as well, then why can't you bless honest ones like Arjun in present times, when they need a transparent divine power to live with pride???

Alas, Lord is not listening to me because he may be thinking, ""what a situation of the world! It is not prudent to incarnate now in this politically eclipsed corrupted world!!!""

Honest people are getting stabbed like anything and there life is like assassination done without any physical effort by anybody!!!!

Honesty and Talents is the equation of ancient times when we were not aware of cleverness particularly which can be used constantly! Then people started using clever honesty of impure approach to rule over and that became a trend of current time and it has been continuing since long where honest people are taking birth but their talents are getting suppressed and eventually the whole personality has been sent for the cremation even though they are alive!!!!!

Oh what a poor situation!!!! ENOUGH OF THIS FALSE EMPOWERMENT AND LIVE AND LET LIVE POLICY SHOULD BE SHAPED UP WITH A PURE VISION HENCEFORTH BECAUSE ONE    REQUEST LORD SHRIKRISHNA HAS DONE TO THE KALI WHEN HE GOT INCARNATED IN THIS WORLD WITH THE FIRST CATEGORY THAT PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY INJUSTICE TO THE PEOPLE WHO ARE PRAYING LOYALLY TO THE ALMIGHTY OTHERWISE I MAY INCARNATE TO PREVENT YOU FROM DOING INJUSTICE TO SUCH ENTITIES!

So hold on KALI YUGA....there is an incarnation which is happening now and then the terminology of ELITE class will definitely change drastically!!!!!

LIVE WITH HONESTY, TRANSPARENCY AND EMPOWRMENT OF KINDNESS!!!!

IS IT A GOOD MORAL OF THE ABOVE PARA WHICH HAS GOT INSPIRED FOR NOW????

Friends, think over it and be a wise entity to save this world from getting demolished, no material value will fetch any precious value and otherwise also it is not, right?????

DO NOT DISRESPECT SOME TALENT EVEN IF IT IS YOUNGER TO YOU because of above ASPECTS!!!!! KIND REQUEST!!!
